Your Non- Profit Organization can now sponsor a Photo Day]

Here's how it works:

Your organization provides a space for our photographer to set up a portable studio (A 10X10 foot space is all that is needed)

Your members promote the event and sell an individual photo sitting.

Each 15 minute sitting is $10.00, which your organization keeps.

A typical shooting day is divided into 8 hours, for 32 sessions, for an initial return of $320

(This is an example, longer or shorter schedules are available, as well as multiple days)

Your organization schedules the individuals and provides a liason to collect sitting fees on the day of the shoot, as well as selects the products available for sale afterward.

What we do:

We provide you with sales and documentation assistance in the form of a dedicated web page with all of the particulars, including maps and the date(s) of the scheduled shoot as well as examples of our work. The page can also have the contact information for your liason for scheduling.

We also provide you with templates for scheduling forms and access to a FAQ page

There are no sales pitches or pressure to purchase whatsoever on Photo days.

After the shoot, the finished images are made available via the web. Individuals who wish to purchase can choose from a wide variety of products, from prints to mugs to tee shirts with their images.

The Sponsoring organization will receive a percentage of all final sales. The more you promote, the better your final donation will be.

as well as insurance and marketing details that are covered
